There are three amigos involved in this mess. We’ll introduce ourselves in order of age:
Althea K. Brewer CCN
My claim to fame is less auspicious than my colleagues. I’m a nurse and nutritionist. I did lose half my body weight through intermittent fasting and extended fasts over a long period (14 months) and have kept it off.
I’m the creator of the Hunger Management Alternative.
I was approached by Dennis Francis to spearhead this project. My job is to keep us on track and ensure that the information we promote is safe, timely and as accurate as is possible.
Dennis Morales Francis
Dennis Morales Francis is a publisher, an author and Web marketing consultant serving small business owners in the US and Canada. He is the author of several books and has worked in media, entertainment, marketing and advertising for over 40 years. He is the owner and publisher of DiD Publishing.
Dennis is the guy who got us into this. He has been bugging me to spread my knowledge and experience in wellness and nutrition for awhile. Although Dennis has published books on marketing, publishing, (even comics) this is what he wanted us to together as a team.
Sarah H Coleby
I am thrilled to introduce you to Sarah Coleby, (Brewerboss) our main writer and contributor here at Proto-Untypical. Sarah is a true expert in the field of health and wellness, with over 25 years of experience writing about fitness and nutrition.
What I love most about Sarah’s writing is her ability to make complex topics easy to understand. Her articles are informative and evidence-based, but they never feel overwhelming or inaccessible. Sarah has a talent for breaking down the latest research and trends in health and wellness, and presenting them in a way that’s both approachable and engaging.
One of the things that sets Sarah apart from other writers in this space is her commitment to positivity and encouragement. She believes that healthy living should be a source of joy and fulfillment, not shame or guilt. Sarah’s writing always highlights the benefits of healthy choices, without ever making readers feel bad about their current habits.
But Sarah’s expertise goes beyond just writing about health and wellness. She also has a degree in nutrition and experience as a personal trainer, which means she’s able to provide practical advice and insights for readers looking to make changes in their own lives. And when Sarah isn’t writing, she’s out in the world practicing what she preaches, hiking, practicing yoga, and whipping up healthy recipes in her kitchen.
Overall, I feel so lucky to have Sarah as part of our team. Her writing is not only informative and helpful, but also uplifting and inspiring. I know our readers will love learning from her as much as I do.
